Community Eligibility Provision

Golden Valley Unified School District will continue participating in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) at all school sites for the 2026–2027 school year. Through CEP, every GVUSD student may receive one breakfast and one lunch each school day at no cost, regardless of household income.

Families are not required to submit a meal application for students to receive free school meals. However, families are encouraged to complete the Universal Benefit Application (UBA), which supports important school funding and may help eligible students qualify for SUN Bucks and other benefits.

  • GVUSD is pleased to announce districtwide participation in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) for the 2026–2027 school year. Under CEP, all enrolled students may receive one breakfast and one lunch each school day at no cost, without submitting a meal application.
