Student Data Confirmation

*Starting July 31st 2026*

We are pleased to announce that student enrollment is online through the Aeries Parent Portal!

 

The Aeries data confirmation window will be open from July 31st 2026 through August 13th 2026. On July 31st please log in to your Aeries parent account to confirm information such as medical, contact, demographics, and authorizations. It is crucial that we have updated student information in order to assure the safety and well being of your child while in our care.

 

Failure to complete the data confirmation process will result in your student's inability to engage in activities like field trips, ASB purchases, library book checkout, dances, and other extracurricular activities.

 

If you do not remember your Aeries Portal account information please visit the forgot my password link and use the email address that you registered with the school during your initial registration: Forgot my Password If you are unsure please contact the school registrar.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I create a Parent Account? Parent Accounts are created when you provide the registrar with an email address, if you are unsure or would like another parent account created please contact the school site office.

Can both parents have a Portal account? Yes! You may have multiple people access your students information, grades, schedule, etc. 

I don't see all of my students, How do I add students to my account? Please contact the school registrar, they will need an email address to add to your students contacts to add your student to your account.
